My enthusiasm for health and fitness started at a young age. I always had a passion for helping others and pursued a Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 2006, as well as a Certification in Personal Training in 2011. I worked as a practicing OT in an outpatient sports medicine clinic for 12 years focusing on rehabilitating orthopedic injuries of the upper extremity. After treating many patients that sustained injuries from exercising incorrectly, I was motivated to start personal training out of my home studio in 2011.
I enjoy working one-on-one with patients helping them safely and effectively reach their health and fitness goals.
In my free time I enjoy boating, traveling, journaling, playing piano, home movies nights with the family, and spending time with my husband and 2 kids.
