I will do whatever I can to make your exercise experience motivating and fun.  My primary focus is to help you achieve your own fitness goals.  Depending on your goals, fitness level and interests, a custom-fit plan will be designed for you.

I focus exclusively on training and motivating women in Lake and McHenry counties to look and feel their best.  In my client gym in Volo, training is in a stress-free and private environment with state-of-the-art equipment.

Your first session is free and will include a health history and assessments which may include calculating your BMI, circumferential measurements, heart rate assessments, and flexibility testing. Every session afterwards will be designed specifically toward meeting your goals. Your sessions can be customized to whatever time you are willing to commit; whether it’s once or twice a week, or once or twice a month.  You can view my current rates here.
